The Medical Journal of the Discipline for Research and Development of the Clinical Center is the official quarterly publication of the Discipline for Research and Development at the Clinical Center, University of Sarajevo. Established in 1994, the journal has been published continuously ever since, contributing to the advancement of clinical medicine through rigorous scientific discourse. It accepts and publishes articles in the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina—Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian—as well as in English.

The journal is dedicated to disseminating high-quality, peer-reviewed research that spans all areas of clinical medicine. Its contents include original research articles, professional and review papers, editorials, special contributions, and case reports, offering readers a broad and insightful perspective on current medical practice and innovation.
